If I could get my clients to do to just one thing to help improve their health, I would ask them to DRINK MORE WATER!
Not coffee, not tea, definitely not diet soda. Just good ol’ plain water. Our bodies are about 60-70 % water. Your brain is floating in water. Headache ? Drink more water. Joint pain? Drink more water.

How many ounces of water should you drink each day? The easiest answer is to take your weight and divide it by 2. That is your goal. For example: you weigh 160 pounds. 160 divided by 2 is 80. You should drink 80 ounces of water a day.
Add 10 ounces of water a day to your routine until you meet goal.
